Processing Time

Each set is handmade to order.
Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before your package is shipped.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, it usually takes about 7–15 business days for the package to arrive, depending on your location and the local postal service.
 · Every order is shipped with a tracking number and can be tracked online.
 · We have no control over delivery times, delays, or lost packages once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
 · We will do our best to help you track the package, but we don’t have access to your country’s mailing system and cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Customs & Duties

We take care of customs clearance and customs duties for your order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Each set is custom-made and cannot be resold.
 · We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
 · Refunds or order cancellations are only available before your set is completed.
Once we start making your set or the order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Payment processing fees charged by your payment provider (if any) may be non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate.
 · We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
 · If a package is returned to us because of an address error, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend it.
 · Orders with address issues are not eligible for refunds, as this is beyond our control.

Sizing & Measurements

Because each set is handmade to your measurements, please double-check your nail sizes before placing an order.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizes provided by the customer, and orders cannot be refunded or remade for free due to sizing mistakes.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if we made a mistake with your item, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will do our best to resolve the issue.
